1:1 SESSIONS F2F/Online
Leaders of the future recognize that their own physical and mental wellbeing, as well as their energy levels, have a profound impact on those around them, both at home and in the community.
With guidance, we will assess the current situation, establish personal goals, and learn and apply various tools to foster the development of positive habits that contribute to a healthier and happier life.
Our journey together starts with an introductory session where we will get to know each other, assess your current state of wellbeing, and define your goals for the future. Following that, we will meet either face-to-face or on Zoom every other week for 6 or 12 sessions, and in between I will be there for you on email, whatsapp and phone.
